No-bake Bars

A quick, wholesome snack made by combining crunchy Nola granola, dried fruits, nuts, butter, and honey. Press, chill, and slice into delicious bars—perfect for on-the-go energy anytime.

 

Ingredients:

-2 cups Nola granola

-1/2 cup mixed dried fruits (e.g., raisins, cranberries)

-1/2 cup nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts), chopped

-1/4 cup butter, melted

-1/4 cup honey

 

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Nola granola, dried fruits, and chopped nuts.
  2. Pour in the melted butter and honey, then mix until everything is well coated.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a lined tray or baking dish. Press firmly to compact evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
  5. Remove from fridge and slice into bars.
